Our catering arm or “Quality Catering” brand allows us to manage your catering through the utilisation of your existing kitchen facilities. All food and beverage menus are designed around each client needs, with special attention given to nutritional and dietary requirements. Menus are designed using our preferred suppliers who provide fresh, seasonal produce at volume discounted prices, allowing us to meet and exceed budgets whilst providing your customer with quality meals at affordable rates. Our experienced team are made up of dedicated hospitality professionals with over 100 years of experience amongst us, including fine dining restaurants, food production, catering and management.

Operational Staff Structure

Our Quality Catering team evaluate each location, deploying a senior team to manage the operation and act as a liaison between you, the Client, and the QCC Group.

OH&S & Food Safety

In accordance with “Standard 3.2.2 Food Safety practices all team members follow all food handling and OH&S practices as seen in Appendix 4: Food Safety Program & Guidelines.

Our People

QCC Group has over 150 permanent, part-time and casual staff on its books. Many of the team have been employed for over three years with casual staff enjoying and committing themselves to the culture derived within the business. This core group of employees ensures the consistency of delivery of service. All new staff are inducted through a 2-hour internal training course that outlines our culture, sequence of service, company expectations, roster process, grooming and hygiene ensuring that new staff fit into the standards our clients and we have come to expect.
